So for the last 3 weeks towards the end of the week (Thu/Fri) I've started getting horrible tummy pains, nausea, breathlessness and uncontrollable diarrhea!

First week it was my birthday and I over indulged on chocolate so thought it might be that. Can't remember last week and this week I've gone on a complete chocolate detox but still felt unwell.

I've tried to eat a little healthier this week too. Yesterday I had porridge and fruit, cashew nuts, hummus, carrots and falafel wrap with popcorn and a banana, grapes, vegan meatballs, pasta with tomato sauce and a jam doughnut in the evening. Up to 2pm today when I started feeling rough, I'd had avocado on toast, strawberries, vegetable bake, lentil crisps and grapes.

Any idea what this mysterious weekly illness could be?

I've got IBS and lots of those foods would upset my tum!

Thank you for your response! Hope you don't mind me asking @Hoglet70 but what do you tend to eat as not to upset your stomach?

If you Google Low FODMAP - this is what I should be eating and how my bowels function best. I am very good at eating stuff I shouldn't though.

Stress of work building up over the week, then easing off over the weekend?

Different coffee creamer or even the water supply at work?
