Just been diagnosed with this a few weeks ago. Done everything I should, hot washed bedding clothes etc etc, but the rash is still spreading down my body?! It's also still itching so I'm not convinced it has gone. I'm desperate for advice and tips, it just won't go and I feel so embarrassed asking but I'm at a loss with what else to do! I used the malathion liquid. I actually used it 4 days ago now and it's supposed to be a week later you re do the treatment but I can see it actively travelling down my body each morning I have several new ones. 😢

You have started many many health related threads. Your focus needs to be addressing what is very evidently serious health anxiety

You can add a capful of thin unperfumed bleach to your bath.

Make sure you use the cream properly.

Are you sure you can ' see it travelling down your body '?

Who diagnosed you?

I had bad health anxiety when I lived in Scotland away from my family and friends if you must know. I live back with my family now and I no longer suffer with it. I may aswell delete this account as people will think I'm just full of health anxiety, I only posted for advice.

....I posted for advice, I wish you could delete posts to be honest, if you must know during this time I was worried about my health, I was living in Scotland for work, away from all my friends and family. I moved back home as I realised this was what was causing it. I do not suffer the way I did with health anxiety. What I have now is very real and all over me, I've tried to get rid of it myself for weeks and decided to post here as a last resort. Please don't comment ridiculing me about health anxiety as I really struggled with that and it's not something I want to reminisce on

@marzipanlover81 about anti biotics, I actually went hospital and I had an adverse reaction, bloods confirmed a high level of inflammation. Never allowed to take azithromycin again. A valid cause of concern. But thank you for your concern.

As I said, I was depressed and was away from my family. I don't need a person who does not know me comment on something I struggled with previously, many many people in this world have anxiety, you are acting like it's something I should be ashamed of here? Yes I had it bad, now I don't. Thank you. Have a lovely day. ☺️

OK if you really want to get rid of scabies , then cream from the pharmacy isn't enough on its own. Continue to use it, following instructions carefully. Get it under your nails and on the soles of your feet.

You have to do the bleach bath daily. JUst ONE CAPFUL of thin bleach in a full bath.

Bag up all your shoes and put them in a shed or garage. Get a new pair of cheap shoes to wear for a couple of weeks.

Wash all clothes and all bedding. Anything you cannot wash bag it up and put in shed or similar and wash later.

Mop / hoover everywhere.

Buy Ivermectin tablets online. These will work but are not prescribed in the,UK.
