Sleep tracker

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone who regularly wakes in the night has found a sleep tracker that is good at discerning sleep from lying in bed awake? So far I've tried Garmin and Amazfit with no joy.

I use AutoSleep with my Apple Watch and it's quite clear when I'm awake (which is quite often).

Thank you that's helpful to know. I have heard good reviews of them too but not about this specific thing. I'm just a bit scared of the price!
