I was wondering if anyone actually feels awful after they come on. I feel low and anxious before my period then I feel better when it comes and then again super low and argumentative 2/3 days after. Sometimes if I have a piece of fruit or something a bit sweet then I feel slightly better. It gets worse when I'm hungry. It's been like this for about 6 months now. I'm 48 so probably perimenopausal but is that a thing? Is that a sign of low iron or something?
