On Monday I had a large Polyp removed and unfortunately the surgeon did not clip it properly so I had a large hemorrhage and ended up in A & E having a blood transfusion and emergency surgery that night to put more clips in.
Post surgery I have been quite constipated and only passed very small black stools. The GP has told me to take laxatives and that should pass within a few more days.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar? And how long did it take to get back to normal?
