Is this normal for Bupa??

At the end of our tether with the NHS we recently joined Bupa. My first time trying to get a remote GP appointment. Took forever to work out how to get an appointment, was looking to a number to call but no one would book an appointment for me. You must do it through the app they said. Faffed around downloading the app etc, went through the form to book an appointment and every day I click on has no availability. At all. Is this normal? How long do you usually have to wait to get seen? If it's longer than a week I'm thinking it's not worth the money and I'll go back to being 29th in the queue at the NHS!

Not normal at all - the app is quite glitchy sometimes so that’s probably the issue. Any time I’ve had to get an appt for me or DD there’s usually availability within a few hours
