Sinuses!!!

Sinus issue sufferer here!! After 4 different types of antibiotics and 3 doctors later I have been given a steroid spray for my sinuses. Suffered on and off for a few years now and can honestly say I'm at the end of my tether with it. My question is does any also get brain fog with chronic sinus issues. I'm a sufferer of health anxiety and this is really starting to panic me

I got my sinuses operated on, best thing ever.

I had an operation, some difference not much. Still on the steroid spray. I have long periods of time with no smell or taste, random, no predictability to it. Its depressing and miserable. Comes and goes at will

I'm just constantly blowing my nose with (tmi) so much yellowy green mucus. If its not coming out my nose it's coming down the back of my throat. Pain when really bad at bridge of my nose, brain fog, neck pain. I dunno if the neck pain is connected to the sinuses or if I'm causing the neck pain by making myself so anxious about it all the time. Iv started taking antihistamines as advised by my doctor but that's doing faff all. Its just the brain fog that really gets to me. Not being able to think straight ect. Makes me worry 😟
