If I get spots I usually get a odd huge under the skin red ones that eventually go but over the last couple of weeks I've come out in this bumpy, itchy spotty rash next to my mouth and it seems to be getting worse.
I've not used any different products etc and am not really big on skincare anyway but have started to just wash my face with water but have seen no improvement.
It's beginning to get really difficult to cover it up and I feel like it's starting to spread to the other side now! I've read about various things like perioral dermatitis, rosacea etc - is this a GP issue? Although it is near on impossible to get an appointment at my doctor's surgery and if you manage to get one then it is usually with a nurse who can't prescribe anything.
Does anyone have an inkling to what it could be?
