Very short/light periods, hormone blood test - should I be worried?

My periods have become shorter and lighter and now only last 2 maybe 3 days, only needing a light tampon or pantyliner. Day 1 always bad period pains. Cycles a bit irregular (between about 26 and 36 days). Luteal phase is 12-13 days. I’m 31.

Had hormone bloods and waiting follow up with GP but just trying to work out what might be going on.

Oestrodial - 102.00 pmol/L then 138 pm/mol a couple of months apart
Testosterone- 2.10 nmol/L
Procactin - 125 mIU/L
Progesterone (day 3) - 1 nmol/L
Progesterone (day 21 - although may not be the right day so don’t wholly trust) - 28.5 then 25.8 nmol/L
LH - 3.10 IU/L
FSH - 5 IU/L
TSH 1.5 mIU/L
Did a full thyroid profile with Thriva and that was all normal.

i’ve Been trying to understand what it means. I think my oestrogen and progesterone are a bit low, testosterone a bit high.

Or is it just normal to have light short periods and it’s no concern?
I’m worried about fertility - low progesterone particularly. Am I heading towards early perimenopause?
Prostate cancer also runs in the family and I know there’s a link to female cancers, so this is a worry too.

Wonder if anyone can help interpret or offer any ideas?

Any hormonal birth control previously that could have been throwing things off and now you’re reverting to your “normal” cycle?

I’ve no idea about the hormonal side of things, but can say that since I came off the implant 6 years ago at 31 I’ve had very light periods - 1 day of light flow then a bit of spotting. But I’ve also had 3 children in that time so definitely no impact on fertility!

Previous on the pill and mirena coil but nothing for the last 18 months.

ah that is good! We’ve not conceived in a few cycles of unprotected during fertile window but I know it can take longer even when everything is fine 🤞🏻
