Hi so for context, last August I had an abdo scan as I was in A&E for suspected appendicitis (it turned out to just be grumbling).
I was told that all scans etc came back fine and no other conversation with my GP once out of hospital and otherwise of good health since!
I've recently had access to my medical notes and have found that during that scan they found 'mildly fatty infiltration of the liver parenchyma'
Hence now confusion/ anxiety ... I'm not a medic and would like some advice/knowledge about what this is as I've been googling (obvs not a good idea)
28/f. Never smoked, rarely drink ( 1/2 ciders a week maximum) regular gym goer, pescaterian and mostly veggie based diet. I consider my diet to be healthy with occasional treats.
I'm just wondering what this is and should I be worried? Should I change anything about my lifestyle?
