Stomach ulcer?

For over a week now I've had upper mid stomach pain and some chest pains. I also am struggling to eat I've lost 4lbs this week, I feel full and sick as soon as I have a few bites. I need to go to the toilet for a poo more often too?
Has anyone had a stomach ulcer? I'm wondering if that's what it could be? I'm going to the GP in the morning.

Doesn’t sound massively like a stomach ulcer.

I had an ulcer I was unaware of which later perforated and my symptoms were constipation for over a week, extreme heartburn, feeling sick, sore shoulder (can’t remember reason but common in severe ulcer cases) vomiting the day of perforation

@72638YY oh goodness, poor you!! I hope you're ok now! I just don't know what it could be, I've gone from having a good appetite to a few bites making me feel full and sick.
