Hiya,
I'm pretty sure I'm suffering with sinus issues due to allergies (hayfever?)
I wake up every day with one nostril blocked, which clears once I'm up. But my snot is yellow first thing in the morning and then throughout the day I get dry snot that's yellow in my nose.
This happened last year around the same time of year also..
I just checked pollen levels where I am, and tree pollen is 1400 nearly! And I feel so much pressure in my nose today and between my eyes.
What can I do to help the issue with my sinuses? A nasal spray?
Does this even sound like allergies?
