Hi, would like to find out if anyone has had anything similar or what you would do in this situation. In Jan, I got pharyngitis and was given antibiotics, it clears up with them and symptoms go away, then a few weeks later I am in the same predicament, temperature goes up, headache starts and back of my throat swells and is painful. I have so far had 3 courses of antibiotics due to this, and low and behold this morning it is starting again, after two weeks of feeling totally fine having finished another course of antibiotics.
I am eating and sleeping well, get exercise, don't smoke, take vitamins, and it is becoming very frustrating.
Would you ride it out and see if it clears itself? Go back to GP? Any tips on clearing it from experience? Thanks
