It's been this way for the past 3 hours... Just noticed my pinky is bluish, shall I be worried?

What do you mean by numb? Can you move your fingers? Can you clench a fist? If you run water over them can you tell if the water's hot or cold?

Pins and needles type of feeling and just checked with water and my pinky finger is not as sensitive as the rest

There are far too many things from the harmless (a Raynaud’s) to life-threatening (M.S., Stroke, Diabetes, Migraine, Heart Condition, Neurological disease, etc.) that it could be. Go to the doctor. Don’t waste time here.
