Any guidance on what this could be?

I have the following symptoms and have seen the GP and am awaiting blood tests and a 24 hour tape. Just looking for guidance to check the appropriate tests are being completed.

the following are my symptoms. Not sure if they’re all related or if they are all separate issues

• dermatitis on face - does not appear to be triggered by food
• upset stomach and stomach pain radiating to back. Happens sporadically
• right sided chest pain. Although I do suffer with neck pain so may be muscular
• heart palpitations which I’ve had for years but never got check out
• night sweats
• bloating/excess wind
• weight gain - although I’ve put this down to age as it coincided with turning 40.
• pibs and needles in my arms when sleeping and when walking long distances with my arms down by my sides for prolonged periods

any thought or help
would be much appreciated so I can ensure the GP is investigating any possible causes

Peri menopause, hypothyroidism, long covid. Anxiety. Could be a million things best waiting for blood test results

No I dont smoke

ive no idea what bloods the gp has requested. Just want to make sure they’re looking into requesting the right tests so thought any pointers might be helpful
