I'm always exhausted, what's wrong with me?

I am always tired. I get 9-10 hours sleep a night, I take prescribed iron tablets and over the counter B12 after a blood test a few years ago. But I'm still exhausted. The same blood tests ruled out a host of issues such as thyroid and coeliac disease.

I mainly work from home but the days I work in the office I am absolutely shattered at 5pm. I shake and get splitting headaches. I worry about what would happen if I have to work a job in the office more. When I wfh I am tired by the end of the day, but it's not so bad in my own environment.

I am only in my early 30s. I'm not overweight and I try and eat a good diet. I'm not sure what to do and worry about the future.

How low were your b12 levels when checked? I found the tablets did sod all for me, I get injections which helps a bit more. Also if you're b12 deficient you are usually folate deficient so take a look at that. I struggle with this too so watching this thread with interest!

Also if you grind your teeth when you sleep, that will be a contributing factor

Maybe because youre used to work on your own and at home and people just exhaust you? Introvert?

Vit D deficiency? Prescription supplement (not over the counter) can make a huge difference
