How to boost immune system

Hi, having come down with another bout of flu/bad cold (since having Covid, I seem to be catching a cold every 3 weeks being ill for 7-10 days then 3 weeks later catching it again) and I’m feeling fed up.

what do you all do to boost your immune systems- we eat a lot of veg anyway but going to add more into our diets as well as fruit as we don’t eat much of that.

I don’t take a multi vitamin at the moment but happy to look into any recommended ones.

Thanks In advance for any suggestions

In the mornings I have a bowl of porridge but then I add various spoonfuls of things like flaxseed, chia, pumpkin seeds and raw cacao powder (full of magnesium) and have it with raw berries. I feel like this has definitely helped my immune system improve. Also whenever the sun is out I spent twenty mins in it without suncream to up vitamin D levels. I know some people don't go out without suncream but I feel like the sun , within reason, is really important for health! Just limited time and obviously don't burn!

Thanks, you’ve reminded me I used to eat a lot of chia/flax seeds in smoothies but with the the rising cost of food I haven’t been buying them- I’ll def get some in with my next shop x
