Chickenpox?

Guys I'm 21. Been feeling a bit flu like the past few days on and off aching etc.
Today I noticed a tiny spot on my neck thought nothing of it.
As the night has gone on I've been getting more and more and they've all turned into itchy blisters.
Under arms, chest, face, back, neck, hairline, scalp, legs & my vagina!
As far as I'm aware I've never had it before but I've not been anywhere to catch it and I've had all my vaccinations when I was a child!
Just wanted to see if anyone's had it later on& if so what were the symptoms.
Thanks

Are you in the UK? If so I doubt you were vaccinated against chickenpox as a child.

It does sound like chickenpox. It's very contagious so you could have been exposed just about anywhere. Call the GP in the morning; they may prescribe anti-virals to shorten the duration of the outbreak.

Do not scratch! There are some soothing lotions you can buy; see if the GP has any recommendations. And you're really contagious until the blisters heal so be careful about exposing anyone else to the virus.

Hope you feel better soon!

Oh no! Do call your GP/out of hours and take antivirals if offered, but act quickly as they need to be started as soon as possible after the rash appears. Hope you've got someone around to take care of you.

Definitely sounds like it. Adults with chickenpox need to see a GP so give out of hours a ring.

I've rang 111 this morning as GP is closed so just waiting for out of hours to ring me back.
Will probs be waiting all day! Woke up this morning absolutely covered in them more so on my face & neck. Still got fever but woke up with sore throat & cough.
