What does this mean in urine sample?

@helpmepleaseanxiety Most GPs will say it's contamination (eg with skin cells, or from female discharge etc), but a urologist I saw said it can be a sign of infection if there are symptoms, and it comes up repeatedly on culture results. Unfortunately it usually doesn't lead to anything in terms of treatment.

@Covidwoes so antibiotics is unlikely then? They haven't asked me to do another sample
