DS1 (3yo) has had diarrhoea since Weds evening and has had around 3 explosions every day along with 1 awful vomiting moment yesterday. He did have a temp for the first 2 days which is now back to normal.
He has been having some fluids but has little appetite.
DS2 (19mths)has had diarrhoea since Thurs evening and again at least 3 times a day, but no sickness yet. He had a temp for 2 days, but has since been normal.
Drinking some fluids, but again no real appetite.

Do I call a Dr today or wait and see what happens today and go tomorrow?

Should I give them dioralyte (sp)?

aaaaargh

love from bug in a stinky house!

Unless they are dehydrated (dry nappies, dry lips) then DR won't do anything until about 7-10days IME.

I need to stand them in a bucket to take off the nappies. Can't tell how much wee there is as there is too much liquid from the D to tell.
Sorry tmi

The boy's still aren't well.
DS1 was sick tea time last night and had a poo with a little bit of shape to it this morning.
DS2 has had 2 runny dripping poos so far today

hello burstingbug, my 17 mo woke up with temp last night and is making very nasty number 2's, she is also very sleepy. Is this how your children were, im a bit worried about her dont know if i should take her to DR.
I hope your kids get better soon

Hi, yes this is how it started with my 2, very hot and tired with evil runny poo's. After 2 days the temp subsided but the tiredness is just easing off.
Hope you're DD shakes off the nasty bug, go to the Dr if it lasts more than a few days. Keep up with the fluids little and often, my 2 went off their food and have only just started to eat bits off their plates.
