Please help me understand this letter.
Re the biopsy ‘…it didn’t show anything sinister however it did show the epidermis with mild focal lymphocytic and neutrophilic exocytosis, otherwise unremarkable while the dermis showed patchy mild lymphocytic infiltrate. There was no atypia or no malignancy found. Due to the patients history we need to rule out possible lymphoma. Will arrange a follow up sometime in the next few weeks’.
