Have made the mistake of googling ! It says i am 4 times more likely to have a stroke or heart attack !
This is not what i want to hear as i do panic .He said rather then being straight they were lumpy as if i had long standing high blood pressure and to see my gp.
Have been freaked since and just wondered if anyone had similar and can reassure me.

He did mention it could be damage from previuosly smoking also.

Thanks x

I had this and went to the GP's nurse for a check and it was all fine. But she did say that often have to refer people on for further checks or advice, so you do need to go. But don't panic, whatever it is, surely it's better to find out sooner rather than later.
This is one of the reasons that eye checks SHOULD BE FREE ON NHS for everyone.
