For weeks now I've been waking up during the night in pain. I can go to sleep fine but wake up at about 3am and it's agony until I get up and move around. The pain takes about 30 mins to ease and it's fine during the day. The pain is also mid-back
Things I have tried:
Co codamol before bed and on waking through the night.
Different pillows.
Sleeping on a different mattress.
Voltarol on before bed.
Pillows between knees, under feet, under lower back.
Can anyone suggest anything else that could help?
