TMI revealed! Horrible tonsils on display!

Ive been poorly for over a month. First I had tonsillitis with pus at the back of my throat, that cleared up with AB’s. Then I got an ear infection in both ears which cleared up with AB’s and now I’ve got tonsillitis again but this time it’s agony!
I can’t sleep, swallowing is agony, I have a pulse in my tonsils and pus lumps behind. They seem more swollen this time, is it quinsy? Speaking hurts a lot. No fever but feel feverish at times and I’m absolutely exhausted. One of my tonsils is almost attached to the dangly bit in my throat lol
Sleeping is impossible!
and to top it off my LG started nursery about 6 weeks ago and is always poorly now :(
id love a good nights sleep where I didn’t feel rubbish!

I once had a huge quinsy that had to be drained in hospital. I physically couldn’t talk, when I managed to get words out through the pain no one could understand me because my speech was distorted. I was early 20s at the time and had to take a family member to the GP with me as I couldn’t explain to the doctor what was wrong.
I can’t tell from the photos but I’d definitely get a GP to have a look. It was only after I suffered with the quinsy that my GP agreed to refer me for tonsillectomy.
