Does this look like a cold sore or general chapping?

I've got a 34 week premature baby and I'm a little worried about my elder child's lips.

Baby is still in NICU.

But I just need some peace of mind

I have no medical training. It does look a bit like a cold sore to me. Is it tingling? Perhaps ask a chemist?

Doesn’t look like it to me but if the baby is in NICU then the older child won’t be kissing it will they?
