Is it possible to go through withdrawal after one missed dose as I didn’t take my pill last night and I already feel panicky and agitated.

I didn't when I missed my dose.
Do you have your tablets in an obvious place that you will see? Mine sat beside my kettle, I took mine in the morning while making my first cuppa. I also sharpied the days on the blister pack because I never started a new one on a Monday.
Nowadays I have 4, 7 day pill organiser's because I take more than one tablet.

Duloextine has quite a short half life and I definitely found I had experiences of feeling unwell after missing only one dose. In fact after I'd done it a couple of times I would only realise when I would feel really strange and then vomit about 20 hours after the missed dose that I'd forgotten it! I would just take the next dose ASAP and feel fine again a short while later.

Yes I would think so. I get withdrawal symptoms on day 2 or 3 usually so getting then on day 1 sounds likely.

As a pp said though, I level out again pretty quickly once I remember the next dose.

It meant to get my prescription but couldn’t make it so it’s my own fault for leaving it until the very last day so I have taken them tonight so hopefully be back on track soon.
