SystmOnline app - odd message

This appointment has appeared in my SystmOnline app, what does it mean?! Google doesn't help. I haven't made this appt and have had a text about it like I usually do? Any ideas?!

They may have got the wrong patient - used to happen at my old dr practice. I would ring them if you can to clarify.

Perhaps they are hoping they will be back by the time of your appointment. Fingers crossed for good news.

Had the phone appointment and I've been referred for the 2week pathway thing for lower GI cancer as it stated in the notes :(
