What does it mean if one is having severe cramping after r every period with severe pain in the lower right pelvic side with bleeding.. No tablets seem working and scan shows 1 medium sized fibroid. Could this be as a result of the fibroid.. Scan shows nothing out of ordinary and the pain is killing.
