Dizziness

About a week ago I got up out of bed and felt dizzy. The room wasn’t spinning it was just in my head. Since then I have had the same feeling most days. It doesn’t usually last long. It isn’t painful as such. Sometimes I get sort of tired eyes along with it.

i have booked an eye appointment and also a doctors appointment but have to wait until next week for both.

family member has vertigo, wondering if this is similar. I’m a bit on edge at the no as a friend has not long passed away suddenly in her sleep, so trying not to be a massive hypochondriac .

I don’t think that’s vertigo. Vertigo is horrific… 😩the room spins round and you literally can’t stand up! You often feel sick as a pig too..🤢 so no I really don’t think it is.. sounds like a dizzy spell to me.. wondering if your blood pressure is a bit low maybe?

It happens when I’m just sitting down, standing up so not confined to just getting up from lying down. I hadn’t thought of blood pressure so will make sure they check it.
