I don't usually suffer with period pain, just mild cramping that ibuprofen helps with.
Since last night I've had bad lower abdominal cramps and pain and it kind of comes on in waves, almost like contractions. It feels heavy and bloated and ibuprofen not really helping. Period seems a bit heavier than usual but not too much that I'm concerned about that.
Dc have had a stomach bug and were complaining of stomach ache yesterday so I'm wondering if ut could be that.
