I had my previoud post answered last weekend regarding lower abdominal cramping I was having, and as it ties in with dates, it was put down to ovulation pains.

They were at their worst on Sunday night, but since got milder, yet they have continued all this week, and now my pain feels ever so slightly sharper, still in the same place.

Yesterday I had such a terrible migraine, and felt really sick at the same time. Im still having waves of sickness, and as mentioned, my cramping is still there.

Its far too early to be anything pregnancy related Im sure, as Im not due on until 7th April. Taking that into consideration, what could these pains be?

Was your last period normal? Was it late or lighter than usual?

Whereabouts is your pain? How severe is it (rank out of 10)?

How are your bowels and waterworks?

HAve you taken anything for it?

My last period was slightly heavier than normal, with abit of clotting at first. It lasted 6 days compared to my usual 4. My cycles are regular though- every 26 days. Tests came back BFN for last month.

The pain is where pubic hair starts (tmi), bang in the middle. My bowels and water are fine- no probs there.

Ive taken Ibruprofen, but had no luck. Just had hot shower and unfortunately pain still there.

Is there any chance that you got pregnant last cycle and miscarried?

Most likely v unpleasant ovulatory pains.

Rest, ibuprofen, cocodamol and hot water bottle.

If it gets unbearable, contact out of hours GP.

Thanks Emma. Pains were terrible during night, now just have a tight niggling feeling.
Thanks again
