My 6 year old has threadworms and has passed it on to myself, my husband and grandparents. We took ovex a week ago and then realised we'd only taken a 2.5ml dose rather than 5. So we dosed everyone again 2 days ago.
With the exception of my boy , we all have tiny white specs appearing on underwear and inside trousers throughout the day / overnight. They do not move. What are they? Are they newly hatched larvae?
We are all washing twice a day and changing underwear twice a day and washing hands well etc. Should we dose again, especially as two of us still have itching?
