What's the best thing to do to shift a cold?

If you’ve got the same strain that went through our house nothing shifts it .

It's just never ending

You can't shift a cold. You can treat the symptoms. Sudafed for congestion, difflam for sore throat, rest and fluids.

Indeed it is , I had it really badly for about 8 days but it hung around for well over a fortnight and I never catch anything normally , it’s the first proper cold I’ve had for about 15 yrs . Hope you feel better soon .
