Clinic after TIA

I am 59, 13 days ago I had a TIA, initially started on aspirin 75mg once daily.
I had an eye clinic appointment the following day and have superior contralateral quadrantopia.
I have two questions, is it 'normal ' to have a follow up appointment fairly soon after the event and, is the eye issue likely to resolve?
I feel like I am hitting brick walls. I've tried contacting the stroke team but no one has replied

Don't know about the eye resolving - if it hasn't resolved in 24 hours it shouldn't be called a TIA but a stroke.

However very normal to have quick follow up to get all the investigations and treatments under way to stop you having another one.

Try the Stroke Association .... I belive they have a helpline. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses. I did have a pounding headache at the eye clinic, the doctor sent me for a ct with contrast as I have an aneurysm clip which is incompatible with MRI.
I had my carotid arteries scanned at the same time and they are unocluded.
Nothing else has been arranged or remarked on which I find worrying.
I am so tired too but assume this is normal
