Is it harder to lose weight when you are older and why ? I feel like I do everything and I’m losing weight so slowly

You have to eat an awful lot less calories when older.
Once I’d lost the weight my calorie allowance to maintain my weight is only 1,700 per day. It’s very easy to go over your calorie allowance if you don’t weight, portion and monitor your intake. That’s what makes it harder to lose weight.
