I accidentally inhaled washing powder feeling kind of worried cos it hurts a little when I breath happened earlier today I put washing powder on my living room carpet as the living room got flooded and carpet smelled damp so poured washing powder all over i vaccumed and it still didn’t bring the powder up so started brushing it with a hair brush which was working but started releasing powder into the air which I inhaled a little and could even taste it then covered my mouth with my t shirt until the powder dissipated from the air but now as im laying in bed it hurts a little to breath should I worry?

@Lollibert I’m not sure this is a constructive and helpful answer, but I regularly sniff laundry detergent in the supermarket before purchased, I don’t believe it’s toxic in any way. If you are really worried though call 111.

I think you'll be fine. If you get worse ring 111. Can you distract yourself from it now?

Sorry that your place got flooded, that sounds like a stressful day! 💐

Ahh honestly you’re fine, I ate it when I was anaemic. Still here…. ps i obviously don’t recommend this!!
