Anyone had this? Symptoms and also constant symptoms?

Hi. I have one. The doctors say it's too small to cause my symptoms but I do definitely have flare ups.
Nausea, pain in the area, bloating. One very bad flare up resulted in the GP sending me to a&e. But theres no actual "problem"
I can manage it ok through diet mostly. I do wonder how it'll evolve as I get older.
Edited just to add that a few years ago the symptoms were very constant and it was awful. But I've managed to bring it back to just flare ups by managing the levels of fat in my diet.

It’s awful, I feel constantly unwell with it, I’m due to have it removed on the 4th April so hopefully I’ll be back to normal soon x

That's brilliant. My medical care has been just awful to be honest
