Is this worth getting checked?

Hi all,

I know no one can say for definite what this is, but just wondering if you would get this checked (I guess I'm wondering if it could be a basal cell carcinoma)

Its on my foot and has been there ages.. Potentially even years, with no change!

Possibly a Dermatofibroma op. I’ve a few.

Its always worth getting something checked if you are worried though.
