Weird headaches and burning nose

So the last couple of days I've been having periods of unpleasant headaches and weirdly this burning sensation in my nose, almost like it's going to start bleeding

It's really odd and happens at random times, I'm starting to think my body is fighting something off

Has anyone else had this

Have you done a covid test?

No I don't have any?

Sinus infection?

Ok maybe get one?

I've had this for days now. I was in bed for two full days as the headache was so bad. I feel a sort of pressure behind my nose like my head is bunged up (even though my nose isn't). It's vile. Also feeling sick and dizzy. Came round a bit yesterday and managed to sleep last night but I can honestly say I've never felt so poorly in my life. Even had to take a day off work as couldn't bear holding my head up or looking at my screen.

Really hope you get better soon.
