Bleed on the Brain - help or advise

Anyone got any experiences or knowledge of a bleed on the brain?
I firstly thought I had a sinus infection, but after 2 lots of anti bi's it is no better. I have been given some more today but gp said if no improvement then an urgent appointment with neurologist.
I am so scared and have looked on the web for symptoms etc and they are similar to a bleed on the brain. However, I may be reading too much into it.

My symptoms started with pain in the neck.
I also have constant headache and a lot of the time they are chronic. When i have the headache I sometimes vomit and always have a pain right behind one eyeball.

Does anyone have any knowledge that could put my mind at rest?

I was taking Otrivine Nasal Spray. Flixonase alleryg spray, Sudafed decongestant, nurofen and paracetamol, and antibiotics. Still, it was horrid. Then a doctor told me my sinuses probably was reacting to the entire coctail, and asked me to stop everything aside from the flixonase. Nightmare for nearly 24 hours, then the pain subsided.

i even tried that last week Quintess - thought maybe i had too many medicines in me so stopped them - it made no difference to me.
