New Pillows and headaches

I got a new bed last week and new mattress and bedding and have since developed a headache. The pillows are higher and a bit thicker so wondering it it’s the pillows causing this.

Anyone else experienced this

I hate getting new pillows, they are always too high to begin with. Try sleeping just on one until it goes flatter, then the other one until it goes flatter, and then use the two together.
I always get neck pain and pain at the base of my skull until they’ve flattened a bit so I can see how they could cause headaches.

I decided I'd had my feather pillows for too long and they weren't ethical, so bought "soft as down" ones. They're not! They are too firm for me so today I am washing the feather pillows 😬

Yes! I got a new pillow recently and had a headache for a week before realising it was because the pillow was slightly higher. It was awful.

Yeah but the pain is worse at the back of my head and the top of my head which is freaking me out a bit.

Just a concern - could your headaches be caused by the mattress - if it's a memory foam one, Emma, for instance, they advise airing it for 7 days.
