Breast pain

I’ve been having breast pain in my left boob since October, I went to the gp who didn’t seem worried and examined me and I asked to be referred under my private healthcare as i am a worrier.
I saw the breast specialist in January, who sent me for an ultrasound (im 24 so can’t have a mammogram) which showed dense breast tissue but dr doing it said normal for my age.
Two weeks later I felt like I could feel a pea sized lump, so I went back and he sent me for another ultrasound in which the lady said no lump just breast tissue. Before I was sent for my ultrasound, the breast dr told me to come back in 3 months to reassess if pain was still hurting so due back end of April.
But now I am panicking even more, the last few days I’ve been getting stabbing pain in the nipple on that boob, and a deep pain behind my shoulder blade which is behind the same boob. May all just be a coincidence, as the other side I have no problems at all.
i am really freaking out that the ultrasounds didn’t pick up something sinister causing it & now the back pain too which i read breast cancer can cause. I’m super scared of not seeing my two year old grow up and it’s making me genuinely unwell how much I’m worrying. is there another scan I could ask for maybe MRI that will show more in depth, maybe what’s causing the back pain near it too?

Got back to the GP and ask about going on the 2 week pathway to rule it out.

Not that I think there is anything sinister but you are not unreasonable to want peace of mind Flowers
