Bumps/blisters on hands

Does anyone have any idea what these are on my hands? They appear then disappear every few weeks or so, the bumps themselves are not sore but my fingers feel stiff and achy when they are up.

Haven't used any new hand creams washing up liquid etc. Thanks

I litterly have the same and don't know what this is... last year i had it the first time and niw it comes and goes....it itches too🥺😭

I"ve been to the doc. With it but even they don't know what it is..

2nd looks like allergic dermatitis.

I had the blisters on hands and feet and I was diagnosed with coeliac disease.
