TW: Photos included.

My period was about a week late and it finally came today. It's not been bad, but I noticed really big skin like clots, with one of them being white? Any ideas what this could be? I'm totally stumped.

Big bits of womb lining?
Don’t know, I have PCOS so absolutely no regularity to my periods, never had a cycle to track. When I do have a period it’s like a slasher film and I end up with large clots and chunks of soft tissue.

I had this when I’ve had uterine polyps. I have also (recently) been diagnosed with endometriosis so not sure if that was also related.

May be worth asking for a scan.

Yeah, I thought that might've been the case, but it was just with it being white, that's the first time that's happened. I have been struggling to get pregnant for a while and due for a scan...hopefully something comes up and can explain things a bit better. I was told a few years ago I "could" have pcos, but nothing was ever done about it.

The top whiter looking one looks like a decidual cast (Google it) could you have fibroids? Maybe ask Dr if you can be referred for ultrasound, especially seeing as you are trying to get pregnant.
