Gall bladder post surgery

I've name changed for this as quite outing, but wanted to check if anyone has had similar experiences. Two weeks ago I had an emergency gall bladder removal. It was fine by keyhole, but unfortunately the surgery was more complex due to severe chronic inflammation and other things. Anyway I now have a drain as there appears to be a bile leak. I'm
Hoping it will all heal
Up naturally ( fluid levels going down) but no idea of the time scales. They can intervene and place a stent if leak doesn't settle, but I'd like to avoid that if possible. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar?

Really sorry you're suffering from complications. I had my gallbladder out a few weeks ago, but was lucky not to have any complications.
