Up worrying about this

I have lumpy outer thighs. I’ve never thought anything of it before, I can feel lumps in both my thighs but they’ve not grown or caused any pain or become visible or anything. I’ve always just assumed knots in my muscles or fatty lumps or something. But now suddenly I’m scared it’s cancer.

My thighs are lumpy to touch (and see frankly!) I'm sure its normal and fine. Make a GP appt, but don't panic. Honestly, what's the likelihood of several cancerous lumps in both legs? Very unlikely I would think.

Its OK. Deep breath, try to relax and think about something else and make a GP appt to reasure yourself next week. You'll be OK, I'm sure. I understand, I used to have terrible worries about cancer and allsorts. Am still alive 😃

Could be anything from cellulite to varicose veins. Frankly if you had multiple cancerous lumps in both legs you’d be severely ill if not dead. You need to work on addressing your anxiety, you don’t have cancer.
