Is this piles or something else? They are bleeding bright red blood occasionally when having a poo and sore. Sorry for the pic in comments! Thanks all.

Yes, it is. I have the same as well as a very large skin tag from an old pile which the NHS wont remove. Get some cream from the chemist and that should help. Also diet is key lots of fibre.

How are you doing OP? Did you find a treatment that worked? Having same issue and looking for advice.

Hi I think may have pile I bled once only when wiped now it looks like this sorry for photo only looks like this when I strain then seems to go back in to normal doctor gave cream over the phone only a numbing cream she said pile of what I told she hasn’t seen the photo any advise thank
