Hi, any advice would be greatly appreciated as I stupidly ask doctor Google and I am now worried sick!
I woke up with a rash on my right hand this morning and it also goes part way up my arm although is not as bad on my arm. It's like tiny red spots under my skins, lots of them. They are not bumpy. My hand feels tingly and achy but not itchy. I have attached a photo, although it doesn't look as bad in the photo.
I thought I might of slept on my hand or something but it hasn't faded at all throughout the day. If anything it looks worse.
