Lump appeared next to Achilles

Hi all. Hope you can help! I'm going to also put an econsult into the GP but we all know that may take a while as it's not something urgent.
I've got, what I can only describe as, a small boney lump come up in the inside of my left Achilles just above my heal. It's gets quite sore if I'm on my feet a lot or doing exercise. I've attached a photo although it's not overly easy to see. Has anyone had anything similar? Can you recommend anything that will help with the inflammation? Is a GP best to see or a podiatrist?

Haglund's deformity? I get it when I run too much or wear shit shoes. I go to physio and it helps.
