Hi I have Crohn’s disease and been incredibly ill
I’ve lost 3.5 stone in 10 weeks and have had a pill camera test as I had a fit test result of over 400
i was told in January that nothing is wrong and it’s good news
but for me it’s getting worse and I have been trying to get on with my life and accept nothing is wrong but the issues are getting worse
I’ve added pictures of my bottom end and this started months ago and I have been trying to get on with life as the consultant examined me at the time it first started and said nothing was wrong and I probably just felt like it was coming out. But it is normal
I’m now too worried and scared to ask questions and look like I am crazy as they normally make me feel

Looks like a rectal prolapse. A relative had this only it was actually a lot worse. She point blank refused to have anything done and she struggled to walk. It really affected her quality of life. There is a small surgery you can have or I believe you can have a ring type thing fitted to stop it coming out. Insist on it

Thank you as I’m pretty desperate now. I’m just fed up of being told nothing is wrong.

They don’t seem to take it very seriously. My relatives had strangulated and swollen up. It was really awful and they kept saying just push it back in. Sorry you’re going through this

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question... the second picture? Is that your stoma site?

I'm a HCP and this is a rectal prolapse. Go back to your GP. Although they likely won't do much of it's not causing you severe issues.. they can do a small operation but they likely won't be keen on the idea. You must insist. And tell them it's causing you problems. Exaggerate if you must.
